Amateur World Traveler | Software Engineer | Recovering New Yorker
I develop primarily with JavaScript frameworks like Angular2 and React. I also have experience in Java, Android, React Native, Python, and C. I always enjoy experimenting with new tools and languages to see how they compare. Plus, I love a good bash session configuring and installing new dependencies in Linux. My professional goal is to join a team of developers passionate about building a secure, scalable, and elegant code base.
Personally I strive towards a balanced life. On one hand I love grinding hard to squash a bug, finish a project, or learn a new skill. On the other, I make an effort to take a step back and slow down. I love skiing, camping, and traveling. I have lived on four continents and traveled to almost 30 countries. I am an active member of the Portland tech scene and volunteer in the community.
Below are some of my work projects. Follow along my adventures on Instagram, and lets connect on LinkedIn!
